The woman who claims Chris Brown robbed her of her cell phone was captured on video obtained by TMZ, clearly agitated as she tells cops, "He snatched my phone."
Christal Spann and her 2 friends seem spontaneous and upset as she exclaims several times, "I just want my phone back."
One of Spann's friends told police, Brown exclaimed, "Bitch, you not gonna put this up on no website."
Spann filed a police report, claiming she was attempting to take a picture of Brown early Sunday morning in Miami when he ripped her phone out of her hand and drove away.
Brown is being investigated for the crime of "robbery by sudden snatching." If he's arrested, authorities in L.A. could move to violate his probation in the Rihanna beating case, and that could land him in California prison for 4 years.
The Miami Beach P.D. and the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office are aware of the video in this post and they will be evaluating it in deciding whether to charge Brown with a crime.

Gary Dourdan says the bank that holds his mortgage is flagrantly violating his legal rights and demonstrating heartless indifference to people caught up in the recession ... and he's ready to prove it to a judge.
Dourdan just filed a lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- in which Gary confesses he's one of the victims of the economic downturn that hammered the entertainment industry. Gary took out a $922,000 mortgage in 2004 which requires him to pay $5,000 a month.
All was going peachy until Gary was laid off from his acting gig in 2010. The actor couldn't meet his monthly nut so he contacted Union Bank and asked for mortgage assistance, which he claims it was required to give him under California law.
Gary says the bank told him to pound sand for an entire year, when they finally offered him help ... but Gary says the bank didn't honor the new terms and now foreclosure proceedings are underway.
Gary wants the court to stop the foreclosure and damages to boot.

Patrice O'Neal, who suffered a serious stroke in late October, has passed away from complications related to that incident. He was 41.
The death was first reported by O'Neal's pals at the Opie and Anthony radio show, as Opie Tweeted this morning: "Yes it's true that our pal Patrice O'Neal has passed away. The funniest and best thinker I've ever known PERIOD."
O'Neal recently worked the Charlie Sheen Roast on Comedy Central and appeared on programs such as Chappelle's Show, The Office and Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn. our thoughts go out to his friends and family.

Nudity. Fart jokes. And references to genital warts.
For all the hype and all the headlines made over Ashton Kutcher replacing Charlie Sheen on Two and a Half Men, last night's ninth season premiere didn't exactly stray far from the obvious, immature humor that - incredibly, depressingly - has made this the most-watched sitcom on television for many years.
Before Kutcher first showed up as a heart-broken billionaire named Walden Schmidt, viewers were treated to cameos that included ex-girlfriends played by Jenny McCarthy, and prospective home buyers played by John Stamos, Jenna Elfman and the guy who portrayed her husband on Dharma & Greg.
The appearance by the latter duo was a nice little shout-out to a past Chuck Lorre hit and at least felt fresh. The same can't be said for anything related to Kutcher's Walden.
Granted, he doesn't really drink and he doesn't intentionally womanize. So there is some difference between this character and the late Charlie Harper. But he also doesn't have a shred of personality.
Who knows if Kutcher was stiff as an actor (insert hilarious joke here about his stiff penis because, hey, he was naked a lot!!!) or if Schmidt was simply written that way, but did anyone find this schlub entertaining? Humorous? In possession of any charisma at all? It's only one episode, but Walden came across as both bland and stupid.
Of course, Two and a Half Men isn't aiming for any high ground here. It's just looking to draw in the same viewers that found Sheen's antics and Jon Cryer's sad sack Alan to be worthy of their attention each week. I'm guessing these are the same people who think it's absolutely hysterical to have a naked straight man hug a clothed straight man and then have the latter's son walk in with a frightened expression on his face.
If you're included in this group, then you likely loved the premiere. If you are not, congratulations. You have taste in television.

Lady Gaga's costume choice at a concert in England over the weekend brought back found memories of another pop music icon - vintage Britney Spears.

While lawyers for Michael Jackson's family claim no will exists for the late singer, a seven-year-old draft for a final testament surfaced yesterday.
The 2002 Michael Jackson will, believed to be his most current, reportedly left his estate to his mother, Katherine Jackson, along with his three children - Michael Jr., 12, Paris, 11, and Blanket, 7 - and at least one charity.
Whether Arnold Klein allegedly being the biological father of the elder two and Jackson never formally adopting them becomes an issue is uncertain.
Jackson's father, Joe Jackson, wasn't listed as an heir.
Whether Joe's omission was deliberate is unclear, however, Michael has stated Joe was mentally and physically abusive of him during his upbringing.
The document, which surfaced yesterday, names his attorney John Branca and music executive John McClain as executors of the estate. Branca was on retainer for Jackson from 1980-2006 and was rehired shortly before the singer's death.

While Michael Jackson reportedly died with $400-500 million in debt, the value of his vast assets likely outweigh that by $200 million or more.
The 2002 will could be submitted to court as early as Thursday. John Branca has said he will file it within 30 days of the singer's tragic death.
Meanwhile, fans of Michael Jackson - those who choose to live, anyway - will get a chance to take part in laying him to rest when the singer's family organizes a public viewing of his body at Jackson's Neverland ranch near Santa Barbara.
Citing the Santa Barbara's Sherriff Department, E! Online says plans are underway to accommodate large crowds at the estate for a Friday viewing.
"Our guys are meeting as we speak with the California Highway Patrol to discuss the security issues," says Lt. Butch Arnoldi, a department spokesman.
Earlier in the week, Michael Jackson's brothers Jermaine and Tito visited the property and a delivery truck was spotted dropping off boxes, E! reports.
CNN reports a public viewing of the late music icon will held on Friday at Neverland, with a private service for the family to follow on Sunday.

Phillip's dad tells TMZ ... his son has had 5 procedures to remove kidney stones. He says it's been a problem since October. As for performing, we're told Phillip is determined to continue on A.I. and will postpone any type of procedure ... at least until he knows the results tonight. But it's still really painful.

"American Idol" contestant Phillip Phillips was taken to a medical facility this morning for emergency treatment ... TMZ has learned -- and his future on the show is now in question.
Sources tell TMZ, Phillip -- the guy who always performs with a guitar on the show -- was complaining of intense pain in his abdomen ... and it seemed serious enough to sound the alarm.
The nature of the medical emergency is unclear -- but we're told people close to Phillip suspect it could be gallstones.
A source at the Georgia pawn shop where Phillip used to work tells TMZ, the singer was hospitalized back in January for a similar condition.

Now this is painful -- TMZ has learned, "Relationship Rehab" producers approached Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt to work out their issues on the show ... and the couple flat-out rejected their offer.
Speidi's reasoning -- they're actually on great terms ... and don't have any issues to work out.
Sources close to Speidi tell us, the couple was initially intrigued -- thinking the show was actually about working out together ... as in yoga, or something like it. They had no idea it was for couples with real issues.
We're told the couple felt the money wasn't great either, so they passed on the show. Spencer and Heidi turning down a chance at spotlight ... we're speechless.
