Snooki's ex-BF Emilio Masella says he's just a schmuck who misspoke when he wished a "miscarriage" on the MTV star ... but says he still HOPES TO GOD she's not really pregnant.
Emilio just called in to "TMZ Live" to explain himself ... saying, "What I meant by the statement was that I hope she doesn’t have the child. I just hope the test was wrong ... I think she's too young. I don’t think this kid is in it for her."
He continued, "If she's pregnant with this kid I guess I can't associate with her."

Bam Margera's quarter-million-dollar Lamborghini just took a $45,000 beating -- and according to Bam, it's all because his friend dumped the wrong fuel in the gas tank.
Bam fired off in a Twitter tirade against his pal Cleveland earlier today -- claiming Cleve filled up the Lambo with diesel and it completely DESTROYED the car.
According to Bam, he's turned to alcohol to help drown his sorrows -- chugging Goldschlager before his flight to Phoenix today.
But it's unclear if he actually made it to the airplane -- because last he tweeted, Bam claimed people at the Philadelphia airport he's flying out of "thinks I'm drunk. This is bullsh*t."

Now this is painful -- TMZ has learned, "Relationship Rehab" producers approached Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt to work out their issues on the show ... and the couple flat-out rejected their offer.
Speidi's reasoning -- they're actually on great terms ... and don't have any issues to work out.
Sources close to Speidi tell us, the couple was initially intrigued -- thinking the show was actually about working out together ... as in yoga, or something like it. They had no idea it was for couples with real issues.
We're told the couple felt the money wasn't great either, so they passed on the show. Spencer and Heidi turning down a chance at spotlight ... we're speechless.

Of course, Trump has been bashing Rosie for years ... claiming she was a "pig" and a "loser" after she called him a "snake-oil salesman."
As for Rosie ... we're told her opinion of the staff was clear -- The writers couldn't write, the producers couldn't produce, the stage manager couldn't manage, and the director couldn't direct.
Mind you, most of these people were seasoned vets who worked on that little show called "Oprah."
We're told Rosie's tantrums were predictable and regular. The one word several high level staffers used to describe R.O. is "bully."

Mariel Hemingway's lawyer made a beeline for court Friday, asking a judge to restrain her former business manager from using vulgar and offensive language, and making inappropriate sexual comments.
Hemingway claims Mike Wittlin also sent her sexually-charged texts and was "often time overly aggressive and hostile in his manner.
Hemingway says she's deeply afraid for her safety and is afraid Wittlin will show up and hurt her.
Judge Carol Boas Goodson rejected the petition for the restraining order, on grounds the level of threats and harassment was not sufficient, and that Hemingway could handle everything by simply filing a civil lawsuit.
Wittlin tells us he is Hemingway's current business manager and business partner and that she owes him "a great deal of money."
He tells us, "I am disappointed to find that an otherwise respectable woman would try to manipulate the justice system with outrageous allegations in an attempt to avoid her financial responsibilities. This is a civil matter between business partners, no more, no less. I am appreciative of the court for dismissing these baseless lies."

A contestant on "American Idol" will be kicked off the show Wednesday because the singer concealed multiple crimes from producers ... TMZ has learned.
Sources connected with the show tell us ... the contestant -- one of the final 12 -- was charged with 2 crimes in 2011, one involving violence. We're told in both cases the contestant gave a fake name to cops when arrested.
In addition, we're told the contestant has outstanding warrants -- again, the singer concealed it from producers.
We're told the contestant was confronted with the information on camera today and the footage will air on Wednesday's show.

MTV has instituted a zero tolerance policy for "Jersey Shore" runaways -- after nearly losing both The Situation AND Vinny -- threatening to fire any cast member who even thinks of going AWOL.
Sources connected with production tell TMZ, the network is serious this time: if another cast member tries to walk off the show ... that person will be fired, and the remainder of his or her contract will be terminated. No exceptions.
We're told it's all a power play. With two cast members nearly jumping ship in the same week, MTV wants to reassert some authority ... and show the cast who's boss once and for all.
But it might already be too late.
